Who supplies toys-r-us climbing frames?

No this wasn,t a trick question.

I'm having problems with them regarding a delivery. I ordered a climbing frame from them 09/05/07 was told it was in stock and would be delivered within 14 days, after several snotty letters they told me 2 days ago that they were waiting for stock from suppliers & it would be with me shortly, what good is that. Just wondered if I could contact suppliers and find out what was goiing on.

Normally wouldn't be so bothered but it was a birthday (21/05) present for my 3yrs twins paid fro by their gran.

Ring the store and tell them to check round there other stores to see if they have stock. Advise them that you will do it yourself and if you find one you will put an official complaint in to the Head Office about the branches shoddy service and if you do find one you will either expect it delivered or a full refund.

It does work - Ive done this with Currys - Kays Catalogue and before they went bust Courts.
