We all know America is claiming China cheated Who thinks America has too. How do you win a race when someone else touched first as you see on TV. We know the Runners do. So who sayes there swimmers dont

They have proven it that he did. They have cameras at every angel and know that he touched first. He is drugged test all the time. I don't know why people think he couldn't have done this. Did you see the sprinter tonight he was so far in front of everyone else? It can happen. Hes build is perfect for a swimmer.

The top five qualifiers are tested for drugs after every race. So if he was on drugs they would have picked it up by now, he is just an amazing swimming that has the ability to do anything. He was also one of the athletes that went through more testing than others - volunteering himself.

I would think that all the athletes are tested. this olympics i think they said broke the record for most tests. since he started his first events like a week ago and theres been no news of him testing positives i would think that hes clean.

He is, he is just amazing at swimming!!! He swims 5 hours everyday.  His life is swimming eating 8000 calories a day and sleeping.  Swimming is his life he better be amazing with that much dedication.

I know millions of people love to watch Phelps swim! In fact, i do as well. It is exhilarating! But I also think it is completely insane that EVERY TIME he swims, he gets a gold metal and either a world record or a olympic record! I don't think he should be drug tested, but oh my god...somebody needs to talk to that boy about how he got the way he is! I think he is a "good mistake". Did anybody see what they were talking about on the TV as far as how he is built? It sounds like a mistake, but like I said, he is the best mistake ever created i think! (or at least one of the best...)

i think china has cheated, for gymnatsics their girls did not look 16.  and the judging was horrible, it seemd as if they always gave china higher scores then they deservered and americans lower!

Michael phelps won fair and square. If the guy from serbia was smarter, he would have did what phelps did and put one last butterfly stroke in there!! All the swimmers are tested after every race, and all you losers out there who think he cheated are morons. Sometimes, there really are extrodinary people who don't need drugs to help them win.  And Michael Phelps is one of those people.

No one else touched first.  I suggest you go and get your eyes checked.  All swimmers are randomly durg tested the same as the athletes are and any other olympians.  You really should get some facts before you make false accusations.  You might end up in jail for perjury.
