Although I moved away from Sydney and Rugby League many years ago, Parramatta have remained my most hated sporting team. Even more than Collingwood, and Queanbeyan in the local league.

I think one of the favourite moments in my life was when Manly scored 3 tries in the last 10 minutes of a semi final in 1978 to beat them. And in the reserve grade semi final on the same day a Cronulla player kicked a 50 yard penalty after the siren to win their game - I don't think I have ever laughed so much.

I hope they get the wooden spoon.
