I LOVE IT..... but I only eat it about twice a year because it is SO full of fat.  I mean all it is made out of is cheese, cream and more cheese.

I love it with prawns or seafood too.

Fettuccine Alfredo is so delicious and versatile! You can have it with grilled chicken, shrimp, broccoli, and so many other choices. I make a delicious one myself and I also love to get it at Olive Garden.

I like spaghetti Alfredo in general. But once, years ago, I went to the original Alfredo's in Rome and ordered a portion. It was simply awful - a plate of soggy spaghetti floating in a pool of grease. Expensive, too.

If you are ever in Rome, avoid that place like the plague. It's really easy to eat well in Rome, but not there!
