Who thinks Eagle Eye has a lot of potential, but will ultimately fail?

I think it looks very interesting. But so many movies have in the past, and i dont want to get my hopes up.

It looks interesting and exciting.

Plus, I might as well get used to the director.

He's going to be adapting the Y: The Last Man comic series (the best comic EVER) into movies.

it just looks like another derivative thriller to me. disturbia was enjoyable but nothing special, and i dont think eagle eye will be either. will probably still watch it, but it wont be any more than your bog standard thriller. shia labeouf is good tho
