I dont think its a serious issue. The Earth warms and cools up naturally -if we are about to have an ice age, then thats natural.

I seriously think its a plot to stop other developing countries who rely on oil and gas, from developing.

Its not physically possible to stop 6 billion people from using oil or gas or coal.

  1. I do because we are coming out of an ice age and most of the earth's history has been without polar ice caps anyway.  Its not worth chocking up our vechiles and making them less efficient and weaker.

Dodge Cummins stackin chips, torque converter, valve body, intake/exhaust, 6" lift, 35" tires!!!!

  2. It is not a problem

  3. Till they find some proof it is just a theory

  4. I think its an issue but not a serious issue

Its not physically possible to stop 6 billion people from using oil or gas or coal (ok).

but what are we going to do if that runs out.

  5. Man made global warming is definitely a political issue, but a false one.

The evidence of life on this planet is that environments change, species adapt or die out.

The climate is in a constant state of change, always has been, always will be we, should be learning to adapt to it, rather than wast our energies in a futile attempt to stop it

  6. I don't think it's a serious issue. Unfortunately, our politicians think it is, so expect further regulations, taxes and maybe even laws to punish the people not kowtowing to their beliefs.

  7. I agree. It is a plot to destroy western civilization.

  8. I'm much more worried about the depression we'll have during the Messiah's (obama's)  rule over America.

  9. Not an issue at all. Completely natural and we should look at adapting, not controlling.

  10. Ostriches!

  11. Better start wearing a tin-foil hat...

  12. Global warming, man-made or not, is taking a break or reversing itself as we speak.

It was 1 degree C.   That was the entire change.   No, that's not serious.

  13. global warming isn't have as bad as global cooling which could be under way

  14. it is and its not

'we don't own the earth we are just borrowing from our children'

is a good saying to use here

it's not serious for us but it Will be later on

  15. I agree! But... I DO think it's an issue... it's a government scam to make money! THAT'S an issue right there!

    *Down with Big Brother*

  16. "Its not physically possible to stop 6 billion people from using oil or gas or coal." - yes it is, you just send in the tanks or fighter jets or install a genocidal dictator like the Saudis or General Suharto etc!

  17. Obviously an American.

  18. it is an issue

  19. It is real, it is happening and whilst there maybe some debate about the extent to which anthropocentric activity is contributing, it is a major problem for our society. I can't understand the attitude that if it's natural, it somehow doesn't matter. If you are standing in the path of a tornado, you don't just shrug and say 'Oh, it's a natural phenomena, I'll be okay!'

  20. It's not an issue, it's totally natural. The ice core records clearly show that rising Co2 levels are a result of, and not a cause of global warming. Al Gore clearly shows this in "An Inconvenient Truth", and then goes on to totally misinterpret his own evidence!. Still what do you expect from a guy who didn't even have the balls to challenge his being cheated out of the presidency of the U.S.A.

  21. Hello,

(ANS) No.1 YES! I do think Global Warming is real and is taking place now.

No.2 The earth has undergone many phases of global warming & global cooling. The earth's climate has undergone periods of great climate change which have resulted in many long ice ages (millions of years long) & also by contrast many periods of drout & desertification.

No.3 YES! Humans have definitely 100% now caused an acceleration of the naturally occurring global warming. Global warming might have happened anyway but human activity i.e. burning of fossil fuels has speed-ed up the change process in my opinion. Its NOT a black & white either or situation anyway.

No.4 You cannot instantly reverse 200Years of human produced pollution into the atmosphere and oceans. Even if we instantaneously stopped 100% of human CO2 emissions now today global warming would still take place. Think of it just like trying to stop a fully laden super cargo tanker it takes 10 miles to slow down before it can even stop. Its exactly the same with human produced CO2 emissions it would take 200 years to reverse the process. Its only that before the industrial revolution the CO2 impact on human life was minimal now this is not the case.
