Who thinks Jonathan Thurston is too overated?

This guy just sucks! He is afraid of getting tackled or tackling someone and he gets injure for no particular reason at all

for starters hes not afraid to tackle or get tackled. he probley does more in defence than other halfbacks. and how do you know wot the reason is when he gets injured unless you are stalking him you wouldn't know how. and after two shoulder recons you to would be careful on where and how you tackled. just cause the cowboys aren't going real well doesn't mean thurston isn't.

Absolutely not!  Did you watch the State of Origin this year?  JT set up so many players to make tries he one of the hardest working players on the field and just keeps going - that is probably why he gets injured because he's always in the middle of the action.

Are you kidding. When he is on fire he's untouchable. When not, he's merely better than the rest. NSW would kill to have a 1/2 like him. Thurston and Prince, best halfbacks in the NRL, and I'm a blues fan!!!!!

Not a massive league fan, and Thurston is noticeable from 3 the 5 games I've watched this year: captaining a losing team to the Rabbitos and in the SOO.  He's very good.  But then, who is rating him and what?

i dont think he is over rated people rate him fromwhen he was at his best . and that was really good. he is not it the best form now but i wouldnt be either if i had surgery on both my shoulders in the off season but he still tackles with heart putting his body on the line for a struggling team . i think he will come back to his best early next year...if he doesnt get injured

Nah his not over rated at all, in fact his probably the best half back NRL has had since Joey retired. His consistent and cowboys match turner ( not too many this year but to be honest he doesn't have too much talent to work with)  I think his the best, but Jarrod Mullen is still the man! lol

i think he is overrated.. yes he has talent but he isnt the star people make him out to be.. people call him the best player in the mordern day.. i dont know who they are watching but thurston is definatly not all they make him out to be...PERSONAL OPINION

Thurston is not overated at all, he is one of the best halfbacks in the game, the Cowboys have fallen down around him, he will bounce back!!
