It's going to happen, even if he doesn't want it to. The opinions of him and his bride-to-be will not be made public, and they will get married due to the political and social pressures being put on them. It probably wont be a happy marriage, but hey, it's a marriage, and that's (apparently) what matters most.

Yes, Levi and Bristol will get married. They will go to college, get nice careers and raise a family. There is no scandal here that she is pregnant. The only scandal would be is if Sarah Palin got her daughter an abortion.
