ok guys... many of yall might say yes but here is my opinion:

Rajasthan Royals winning was just a fluke. Before the competition started, me and my friend were discussing the probability of each team winning.

We looked for:

-experience

-hard-hitters

-captains with brains

-how many on the team play nationally for their country

-the most consistent batsman

-the fastest bowler

-the most consistent bowler

Now, I agree that the Royals truly revealed some very young talent, but we agreed: that Delhi Daredevils were going to win.

RAJASTHAN WAS TO THE BOTTOM, lol. They have hardly any experience, no FAST bowler, and really... not that consistent bowlers. The only TRUE experience came from their coach and captain... the legend... the hero... SHANE WARNE!!! ... but even he is retired, lol.

We certainly believe that Rajasthan are NOT going to win the next IPL

PLEASE, DON'T BE AFRAID TO GIVE ME YOUR OPINION AND ATTEMPT TO PUT DOWN MY OPINION. i'm learning out of this.ty.adios!

  1. While I do not consider that Rajasthan Royals won by fluke, the fact is that they could win due to collective and consistent performance of their players, whereas other stronger team than them lost because of inconsistent performance of their plahyers.

Considering the strength of all the teams, I do not think they can repeat their win in the next edition as other teams are bound to

    come back strongly..

  2. it depends on how they perform or if they are able to maintain their consistency to defeat any strong team just like the way they did it this year and surprised everyone.

  3. i noe i was thinking the same

i thgt daredevils where gunna winn

but i ope they win next year

  4. they can

  5. When IPL announced, everyone thought for sure DDD or DC will make impact as they had combination of some great achievors in cricket history but as game progressed the least reckoned team made its presence taking themselves to the top of the points table i.e Rajasthan Royals. As for the second IPL, nothing can be predicted so early as ICC has put IPL into its schedule which makes way for all the great players in Newzealand , England , West Indies to play in IPL. So next year will be  much competitive and exciting game.

  6. I do not think it was a fluke.

It was sheer hard word, a "team spirit" and good captaincy that got them awards.

On paper it sure looked different. I think the fact that they did not have 'top guns' apart from Smith and smaller gun Watson, is what went in favor of the egoistic Warne. He had no one to challenge his decisions.

Rest had too may big shots with huge egos. An example was the rebellious Gul.

  7. Its all about performing when it matters.

Many so called experienced palyers didnot perform well for teams such as BRC,DC

  8. i dont have that patience to read ur xtra details but i would only say that other teams may revise thier mistakes n yes can defeat RR very easily.

  9. That may be true. But then again, not. one of the important factors that helped them win, other than great captaincy, the spirit of youth and free performances was the factor of their being Underdogs. There was absolutely no pressure on them to win, and we all know what pressure means in a country like India.

That was a huge burden off their shoulders. Also, there was apparently, no pressure from franchise owners. Next year, they will be saddled with the tag of title defenders, so the result may be different.
