well,

itz a lazy man,s game.

it keeps everyone bored up for 5 hours or even 3 hours.

it got a billion stupid persons of my nation hooked.

it is played in only uk,aus,pak,ind,sri,bangladesh n no other person knows it.

the news channels sayz breaking news when a stupid player hits a six.

it got our nation glory twice but whats the use of getting 1 in 8.

it devastated indian hockey which was the symbol of post emerging india.india got 8 times the world no 1 in ove 32 countires.

even though india still wins in hockey,tennis,chess,boxing n wrestiling.tehy all r overshadowed by this bloody game.

A man, ARE YOU A SPORTSPERSON? Any sports, has its OWN learning curve, few will be good in Cricke & few will be good in others. Today in India, 85% of people love cricket & y? Because, they can take this GAME at the gully level.  Due to this dominance, Game as reached its Hight & not because of its rules or Not because of SIX & Fours...When we take other sports from the same level, ya i agree we can overshadowed this game , the GAME which SUCKS only for Cricketer who played more then Ten years & not got good things from it & one of the Culprit is ME.

It's not exactly a lazy man's game. Cricketers lose about 2-3 kgs in every one day match and about 5-6 kgs in test matches. If you're saying that only lazy people can watch it, then I think you're wrong because then you could say that every person who watches TV is lazy.

It might keep you bored for a while but the world isn't about you.

What's wrong with having India follow cricket?

There are a lot more countries. South Africa, Zimbabwe and New Zealand and a couple of the test teams and there are a few other teams like USA, Holland and Bermuda who compete in the World Cups.

It's not about what's already happened, it's about what's happening now. I think selectors are now following the new cricketer initiative. And haven't you heard of the under 19 squad winning the world cup a few months ago?

Yeah, Indian hockey does need more attention. I say this as a hockey player.

No sport can be c**p or stupid ever but as cricket is been treated nowdays it is really boring. They play every next day now and we almost can guess who is winner.It all seems to be too dramayic nowdays.Criketers are more of models now rather than sportsman.And yes people have almost forgotten sports like hockey football and othger atheletes.So something genuine has to be done to change the scenario.
