  1. That'd be a good show.

  2. Confirmed.

  3. They would never do a show like that because it would upset a lot of people.  It would be like proving that god doesn't exist.

I would challenge anyone to come up with an experiment comparing some gas with some CO2 and gas with double the CO2 and get sufficient difference in heat retention to actually measure.  Nobody has ever documented such an experiment because it just wouldn't work.

The values for green house potential of CO2 as used by the IPCC are not real world numbers - they are fitted numbers.

This is one myth that is easy to bust.

  4. Brilliant idea! If only some unbiased scientists could investigate the case of global warming, that would be the answer to all the problems. Someone should suggest that to mythbusters.

  5. Sure. It is a myth to get us to pay for more expensive electricity and gas while the big wigs continue to make their profits (google British Gas profits) and the governments say they are cutting down by 20% in carbon emmision because we have to cut down on using our electricity and gas because our bills would be too much. I have to wear jumpers now instead of using my heating for the first time in my life. Utility bills are just too high now.

  6. Um, how exactly do you propose that would work?

They'd just end up going to climate scientists and looking at their computer models or something.  It would make a better NOVA show than Mythbusters.  They wouldn't even have anything to blow up at the end.

  7. Not me.  What would they talk about?  Global warming isn't a myth.

But they should do a show on global warming "skepticism".

    Here's a start for them:

    "26 Myths about Global Warming"

    http://environment.newscientist.com/chan...

  8. They wouldn't touch it.  Can you guess why?

  9. I think that would be over their heads. Al Gore would get to them anyway and have them say what he would want them to say.

  10. I do, get on it.

  11. Might be good.  After all, the DENIER/skeptic arguments make a lot of sense as long as you consider each of them in isolation from the others and ignore all differences in scale, including time.

  12. That is the best idea i've heard all day.

Contact them if you can, really.

    I'd watch it

  13. Yea, it would be cool i guess.

  14. Sorry, they have to live by the LA rules. No stories which may upset the socialist agenda.

I hear they are going to do a topic on whether Hillary Clinton has EVER told the truth. Bets are she has not. But that discussion is for another blog.

  15. Yes I do , They can find out what kind of Suv's the cavemen drove around and what the dinosaurs did to cause the one of many Climate Changes that occurred over the Earths Existence.

  16. That would be so sweet!!! ahh.. we should all send a requet in on there site... if they get a bunch they might

  17. And you'd find their opinion valuable?  Why?

They're great guys, really good at fabricating things and blowing things up, but they aren't exactly climate scientists.
