I think its a storyline for him to make a unexpected appearance at Summerslam. Cena did the same thing WWE said he'd be out an additional 3 months but what happend? he came back at the rumble. They do this to throw us off cus most wrestling fans read the spoilers.

He was going to come back, but he re-broke his collar-bone in a motorcycle accident.

It'll be at least three more months until he returns.

He will probably return at Survivor Series

The motorcycle accident is BS. The local press in Orton's hometown hasn't covered it at all.  He's a celebrity (not A-list but still a celebrity).  

Who gets in a motorcycle accident, gets thrown 300 feet, and conveniently enough injures the exact same body part that put em out in the first place?

I don't think he comes back. I think something else is going on and this "accident" is some cover up of some kind.

He's not going to. He just rebroke his collarbone in a motorcycle wreck, you don't just stand up and Wrestle after that.

If he really did re-injure his collarbone then he will be back at Unforgiven or Survivor Series. But if it is all just a storyline, then he will probably tomorrow interfere tomorrow at one of the matches for the WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight. =]

orton was scheduled to come back in sep, but since he got in that accident, it has been pushed back 3 months, which would push his return to dec. so no, there's no way he could come back at summerslam.
