i have no problem with the decision! i think he should have won..although i wanted marquez to win! man that was a good fight! its worth my 5 dollars of gas money driving to my friends house!

Pacquiao won and that's it.  We all have our expectations and pet for bet...but that's why there are judges in competitions or in any sports fights. Whether we like their decision or not, theirs is what prevails not our opinion or not our choices/expectations.

They are both good fighters but Manny won.  His victory is legitimate.

Pacquiao won the match!!!!!! Even Marquez threw lots of punches, Pacquiao's punches are stronger and more explosive than those of marquez!!!

So the Mexicans should accept, whether they like it or not, in every contest, the judges decision is final,.,. and pacquiao really deserves to be the champion!!

funny how yahoo sports, two commentators from ESPN, and the Associated Press all saw the fight in favor of Marquez but EVERY filipino didnt see the same fight. If Pacman doesnt win the fight though, who is going to pay to see either fighter's next fight? its the way the sport is. It's sad that a great fighter like Marquez has to go home with a draw and a loss because of the way things just are in the world of boxing today. SOME filipinos need to have more class and admit defeat. Nine out of Ten mexicans will admit that the Chavez/Whitaker draw should have really been a loss for Chavez. You can steal/win a title belt, but not class.

the fight was legit! the calls was fair! dont criticize the judges! but pacquiao really won because he was the better fighter out there! he knocked marquez down and almost counted him out! Marquez on the other hand fought hard as well he got pacquiao a little dazed a couple of times and off balance! it was a very good fight and PEOPLE SHOULD NOT MAKE THIS A CONTROVERSY! the match was scheduled for a 12round match not a LAST MAN STANDING MATCH (which pacquiao would win) my respect goes out to Marquez...to me hes not a loser! theres no shame in losing a split decision! marquez and pacquiao fans should stop whining about being srewed on the first match and second match..theres nothing we can do about it! LETS JUST BE HAPPY THAT WE SAW 2 LEGENDS TOE TO TOE AND FIGURE OUT A WAY HOW WE SHOULD TELL OUR GRANDKIDS ABOUT WHAT WE SAW TODAY..

I think Marquez won. I actually score each round  and had it 114-113 for JMM

Marquez counter effectively, and dictated the pace of the fight except for rounds 3,4,7,9,10 where he got a little careless and started slugging with the harder puncher (big mistake, that led to the knockdown)

i think pacquiao deserves this...he did evrything he could to prove that hes the 2nd best pound for pound boxer in the world, he has the heart of a champion thats why people appreciates pacquiao...watching his every fights...the judges score it not just as all punches but they score it for the performance of both fighters in evry round...
