he can as he is. he's already gotten rid of *SPOILER* kakuzu and helped chase Deidara off. the only real problems were really tobi, itachi, and pein, really, and Itachi's already dead. I don't honestly think Pein is going to fight with Naruto, which leaves Naruto against Tobi/Madara. They probably won't ever fight one on one, nor should Naruto unleash his Kyuubi power while fighting Tobi/Madara, because Tobi/Madara has control over the Kyuubi.

Yes defiantly he would be able too,but that also really goes for any Jinchuuriki,that can control there bijuu. Really if any can they would defiantly stand a chance with the Akatsuki,esspically Naruto as he has the Kyuubi which is the most powerful of the nine tailed demons as the Kyuubi has the nine tail's,but yes if someone were to teach Naruto how to control the nine tail's he would be able top porbably complety destroy the rest of the Akatsuki,however because of how powerful the Kyuubi is,if the whole Kyuubi was released from Naruto it could possibly kill him,and the Kyuubi would be able to be free once again,and cause destruction,although its possible that he really doesn't need the Kyuubi as he did before,he is trying to use his own strength instead of relying on the Kyuubi has he kind of did before. Also even if Naruto would to fight against against them most likely he wouldn't do it alone. There are only a few of the Akatsuki left. Only Pain,Konan,and Tobi/Madara. Chances are Tsunade will end up fighting Pain as she would want to try and revenge Jiraiya's death,but at the same time end up killing herself,too. As for Konen she would probably be attack by the others,and that would leave Tobi/Madara with Naruto to fight with,but I think for some reason Naruto and Sasuke  will end up working as a team in order to defeat him.

In my opinion, he should be able to with the proper training. The two year trip with Jiriya didn't seem like it made him much stronger, compared to how we saw Sasuke when he fought Itachi. Nine tails is the most powerful of the tailed beats, with it using its power and keeping it under control, Naruto would be extremely strong with it.

i think so **spoiler** did you see how the 8 tails fought with sasuke and his group?? the 9 tails should be even stronger than that, with proper training i think he can do it.
