I do, but I may be biased since I am a Sox fan. What do you think?

  1. Which play? the backhanded flip to 2nd base? If that's the one your talking about...no doubt about it....it was sick! I think Alexi Ramirez is going to be the next big young star in Baseball.

  2. I'm a Sox fan to, so yes I'm a little biased as well

but I would say thus far it is the play of the year

we seem to have pretty good defense at 2B most of the time and I've seen great plays at that position, but this has to have topped most if not all of them

  3. I think so.  But I am also a Sox fan.  It was an incredible play!  In my mind it almost even topped Iguchi's sideways throw a few years back.

  4. that is the play of the year. That was an amazing play i was so shocked when i saw it happen. Konerko with that nice barehand pick what a play.

    White sox kick butt

  5. No but its still a great play.

  6. Oh,the one when he scooped it to Paul Konerko?

I love that play because it's something you can't teach anyone to do,and it's amazing that a rookie like him made it.He's proven himself to be a heck of a player.

Yeah,I was watching that and I was like "WEB GEM NOMINEE FOR SURE!!!" and it was #1 that day =]

  7. You can watch baseball for another 100 years and NEVER see a play like that again--the accuracy of his flip made it that much more incredible of a play--the only negative from my perspective is it came against my Rangers.  Again still a lot of baseball to be played but without question it is the play of the year thus far.

  8. As a Cubs fan I will admit it's a sick play. Don't think it's the best though.

And to 3 of diamonds, there's no way that was better than Iguchi's sideways throw. That was f-cking crazy.

  9. Well the year is not over yet so I can't really tell but as of today, it probably will be the Play of the Year. The flip was so quick and right on target and Konerko's barehander made it spectacular.

  10. That was a great  play.  Konerko bare-handing the catch made it even better.

  11. As a Cub fan, I will admit that play was sick, but theres still time for some more sick web gems, so we'll see
