Who thinks the joker should have won?

HEY! i absolutely loved the Dark Knight movie. But i just thought they should have made the joker not lose. Like not be caught. that would have been SO cool. The joker just disappearing......that would just make sense because he is a joker. idk. What do you guys think?

if u notice throught the movie the jokers entire misson was to corrupt the people that where making gotham better (batman, harvery dent)

he turned harvey dent into 2 face

and in the end he beat batman  because he made batman break his one and only rule "never kill" (thats why he didnt hit the joker with the bike and thats why the joker says "i want u to do it" while its comin at him)

batman killed harvey dent

which broke his rule

so the joker suceeded in what he wanted

No he has to lose! the Joker alwasy loses and is sent to Arkam! he always breaks out though!! besides he has to go so he can meet Harley Quin!
