I don't think Rey will be returning so soon... I think that Rey is either going to come back as a heel with an entire different look or that he is going to come back without his mask and beat the h**l out of Kane.

Rey is either hurt for real (not by Kane) or is on vacation, I see him coming back  after Unforgiven

That would tie the Kane/Rey Mysterio storyline firmly to this match and would offer the possiblity of Rey Mysterio winning the World Heavyweight Title. That sounds like something the WWE Booking Team would do.
