Who thinks this new DTV thing is a little odd?

We had to drop cable becasue it was too much $ and now we have to buy this DTV thing or we won't get TV? I was doing fine with our bunny ears! Help!

Calm down, you'll be getting a cupon that will cover most of the cost of upgrading the TV.

Over-the-air TV will still be free, and you'll be able to get a free coupon from the government that will get you a converter box for next to nothing. For your trouble, you'll get a clearer picture, better sound and, in most markets, a few more stations.

As for being odd... yeah, it's annoying and has been poorly handled by the government and the industry.
