i think there was two main factors that this race was more entertaining than usual. i think glock hittin that wall reset the race for everyone. but i also think ferrari didnt get it right all weekend which allowed hamilton to win.

Halfway through I thought it was going to be a whitewash, but, thanks to Glock (glad he's OK), McLaren's numpty tacticians and the timing of the safety car for Piquet, the race was facinating...

I was actually at a race track watching my friend race. We all went to the bar and watched the GP on the TV there. They don't call me nutter for nothing, I had to sit on my hands to stop myself from jumping up and down like a wild woman lol. I also let out rather a lot of strange squeaking noises where I wanted to shout and cheer but had been threatened by my friend that if I did she would disown me lol. I would say there were more than a few times when I wanted to jump up and down and also a few times when I was actually watching through my fingers, you know, hands over the face job like a scared child:) Lewis passing Massa was one of those times. I think it was a combination of a good race and a good atmosphere that made it exciting for me. Lets hope we have a few more like that eh:)

This is the best track for overtaking.

We've seen other tracks when there's lots of overtaking one year and none at all the next.

Hockenheim always sees lots of overtaking and it's almost always a fun race to watch up to the last minute.

The trend of cars following each other home after the last round of pit stops does not apply to this track thankfully as we say again yesterday.
