Who thinks we sld get rid of bt?

its a absolute c**p service nothing works its not even in our country they rip u off evry time we dont have a choice only one we can get in our area otherwise i wldnt be with them costing me 62 a mnth for option 3 phone and broadband supposed to be 8 meg we get 2 if lucky

Hi Donna , re BT you say you pay 62 a month ,I  assume this is british pounds? This seems a little on the high side.  I have been with BT for a great number of years  and now subscribe to their broadband service. I did have a problem when broadband first activated - but all resolved professionally and quickly  by BT. Most problems reported as faults of BT are usually found to be operater faults . ie people who cannot operate PC . I suggest you try contacting their help service - yes I know you will be directected to India but if all else fails try this Jillian G. Lewis

First of all where in the country are you? I am asking this because I have a phone service that matches BT but is light years better, the broadband is a little bit more difficult as it has to come through the BT line, and some of their lines are a bit ancient to say the least.

If you can get back to me by email letting me know where you are I can check to see what other options there might be for you.

yup i totally agree and what's more is that we should get rid of other companies/bodies too like tv companies, MP's, mayors etc

they all rip us off

good saying - all they want is your MONEY!!
