  1. Well, since he didn't give an acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention (being inconveniently dead), the point is moot.

  2. I'll be honest with you and say this question is in poor taste.

  3. I don't think most people on Yahoo Answers were even born then.

  4. You were their 40 years ago?

    I wasn't.

Also, what does this have to do with current events?

    Edit...

What does "political history" have to do with this forum about our current "ELECTION"?

  5. Give us a link if you please.

  6. Robert was assasinated in June of 1968.

  7. I saw parts of it on YouTube and on the news when they were remembering the anniversary of his assassination. He seemed like a  good guy. Shame he didn't get to be president

  8. What? He was shot right after that wasn't he? Well his death kind of drives the content of his speech out of my mind..I hate seeing anyone murdered...plus I was pretty young at the time...

  9. is a 40 year old speech relevant?

  10. what are you talking about

Kennedy was killed before the convention

    Hubert Humphrey was the nominee

  11. link me up..and i'll edit

  12. WHAT?! Bullsh*t. Why would you want to speak ill of the dead like that, anyway? You want the Irish Mafia all over you or what?

  13. 99% of those on this forum weren't born until the 90's.
