  1. I thought it was alot better then the ben Wallace trade (which was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE)... the cavs got the best out of this deal cus all we (im a cavs fan) traded away was Damon jones and Joe Smith, 2 players that really didn't contribute enough to make a difference in the season and playoffs. Mo Williams is a good starting pg and can score on his own... 2 things that Lebron James needs in case he decides to stay in Cleveland. The thing is now we have 4 point gaurds... 2 too many in my opinion. I think the cavs r going to move Delonte West or Boobie to the SG position... Delonte West use to play SG back in college... and Eric Snow wont be seeing much playing time ... or  the cavs will trade West and Snow...cus they sure arn't going to trade Boobie.

Whether Mo Williams will make a 17.2 ppg impact is yet to be seen... and if he dosen't... Lebron is going to be very unhappy... and will proboly leave in 2010 to the "brooklyn" Nets who have the perfect PG to suit him...Devin Harris.

  2. its awesome. cavs needed a starting point guard and they got one. hes a pretty good shooter and a great scorer who averraged 17.2 ppg last season. he'll take a lot of the weight off of james shoulders. the cavs probably wont have any injuries and will probably make the finals again. Williams was the best player involved in the trade too.

  3. It was great!  We dumped 'amon 'ones (no "D" and no "J") and in return got a solid, proven point guard.  Good deal for us.

  4. Mo Williams is capable of playing like an all star against approximately two-thirds to three-quarters of all the point guards in the league. The very best out-class him and a few especially large and strong ones go where they want against him and a few very quick ones with great lateral movement can keep him out of the lane, he is a streaky shooter but a good one, more than good enough to take pressure off Lebron. He is good enough to make players around him better, most of the Cavs mediocre players will began to look better with Williams around. Any team with Lebron has to be considered at least a dark horse contender, with Williams added to the mix the Cavs can definately beat anyone in a 7 games series, and will probably emerge as a favorite in the east.

  5. I thought it was a great trade for the Cavs, who bring Mo Williams in so that LeBron can play off the ball more. No one realizes it yet I don't think that Oklahoma City probably got the best deal. Sure Mo went to the Cavs, but OKC got rid of two players that didn't contribute much last season for two players that can make an immediate impact. OKC also I think got 6 million dollars in cap relief. Milwaukee didn't get much in return for Mo.
