I was on a train coming back from Fabric in London with my friends on Saturday 26th July and i was getting the first morning train at 5.20 am. The train was cancelled after somebody threw themselves on the track in Queensbridge (London) and after 3 hours and 40 minutes of changing trains and waiting in stations i arrived in havant (1 hour away)

Has anyone seen a news report or have any links about who this was

  1. Suicides are sadly such a common event that they attract very little, if any, news coverage. There might be something on the BBC London website, but I would doubt it. The delays will be be reported in Railway Magazine as it keeps a log of all delays, but that will be nothing more than you already know, that a suicide caused dealys on the 26 July. You best bet would be a local newspaper or free sheet for the area.
