Who throws harder in BASEBALL?

when i say throw harder i mean more MPH on their fastball.

Rodney and Zumaya out of the Tigers bullpen both throw at least 99mph...Zumaya has topped out over 100mph...these guys have no idea where it's going, but it gets there FAST!!

You obviously asked with question with the answer already in mind. You want people to acknowledge Brian Wilson. He throws hard and plays in a sucky division, so he doesn't get any attention, as opposed to Francisco Rodriguez, who throws hard but is on a better team so he gets attention.

So I think we all know what you want the answer to be.

Who cares?  Joel Zumaya throws harder then both of them.

EDIT:  Yes I've seen Brian Wilson throw and Joel Zumaya throws harder.  As far as I know Zumaya is the hardest thrower in baseball.

Anybody realize Rodriguez velocity is way down this year? Yes Zumaya & Rodney throw hard...but the crazy thing is the man who throws hardest at least regularly in baseball is...are you ready...Kyle F'n Farnsworth. Over the last 3 years "since Zumaya has been on the seen. The fastest recorded fastball is 102mph. Zummaya has hit that a number of times. Yet Farsnworth has hit it more. Pitch for pitch i am sure Zumaya throws harder. But that reach back for eveything you got Farsnworth actually throws harder. It is hard to belive that Farnsworth does becuase he is such a crapy number wise pitcher. Also you got to remember he cant pitch well that is why he could pitch monday hitting 100-102 & wensday hitting 93-95 what the h**l? He sucks & is incosistant but that is just what he is! lol That is cool for the Tigers though they have 3 fireball pitchers out of the pen that you couldnt trust with a lead because none of them have any idea where the h**l it is going!

Brian Wilson can throw harder than K-rod. His speed is truly phenomenal. I just wish he could really put it all together because he has some great potential. K-rod is amazing in his own right though!
