Do you have a tracking number? It helps but in any case call 1-800-222-1811.

USPS is United States Postal Service (mail)

UPS is United Parcel Service

If it was sent by mail, you'll probably never see it.  I sent a small box from Denver to Manila in 2004.  Its still not there.  I use FedEx for everything now.

   Packages sent thru the US Postal Service ( USPS ) are turned over to the Philippine Postal Corporation ( Phil Post ) particularly the Express Mail Service ( EMS ) office.

  then download the Phil Post telephone directory.

  In the directory, look for the EMS phone numbers.

  Be ready with your tracking number when you call the EMS.
