Who to see if he isn't producing sperm?

Question

So we think that my boyfriend is sterile. But it just might be a low sperm count, blockage in the sperm pathway, or something else. Who do we go to to find out?

A GP would refer him to a urologist I'd assume.

Sperm Bank Or Doctor(obviously) Sperm Bank Can give u info And what u need to do and the doctor can do it can u answer my question back?

The best thing to do is to see you general practitioner (family doctor) with this concern and he/she can refer and schedule your boyfriend to see an urologist. The urologist will ask some questioned have him sent to lab for testing if they feel that such action is warranted.
