Who to solve one year ban in uae

Question

I am working in dubai for two and a half years.now i have given my resignation letter.The company is now making one year ban for me

up to now I have no black marks in the company what I will do to avoid this?

HI guys, i was working with an indian retail company in dubai. as i lwft before one year, i got 1 year ban on my visa requested by the company..... i want to know if still i can come on visit visa or can i work with free zone visa......

Hi i am working for a company in abudhabi for four years, nw i want to change my job, i got a better offer in dubai, as if nw i hav given ma one month notice period,but i believe my company want to put one yr ban on me, can u ppl guide me is it possible to put one yr ban on me since i hav completed my 3yrs contract with the company and abt my education i hold a masters degree.

Needing information on 1 year ban.. i was given a 1 year ban by the DAFZA and this was wayback in 2004.. now 4 yrs down, i am looking at going back to dubai and working.. what are the chances of there being any problems ? any one to help me on this ?
