I would say moss but look at the matchups as well.

First of all V Jack plays for the Chargers, not the Vikings.  He had huge games last year in the playoffs before they lost, and has had a great preseason.  The Redskins have been hurt and stuff, and I don't think their QB Cambell is as good as Rivers, but that's just my opinion.  I would start Jackson.  LT will open up the field for those long passes like Sproles did in preseason.
