  1. HI- GO ON LINE AND SEND AN EMAIL. IT WILL BE QUICK AND EASY. I HAVE DONE IT AND RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE DISTRICT MANAGER APOLOGIZING AND SAID IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. REMEMBER LEAVE A CELL OR HOME PHONE .HE WAS VERY NICE AND SINCERE.YOU CAN ALSO FAX YOUR LETTER TO THE COOPERATE OFFICE. GOOD LUCK

  2. I'd write a letter or send an e-mail.

Don't expect a response though--it already sounds like this company doesn't give a d**n about customer service. They might give you a gift card, but do you really want to go back?

Your best course is to tell other people about your bad experience. Word of mouth is very powerful when it comes to restaurants. Believe me, if they keep treating their customers this way, they won't last long.

  3. I'd say ask for the manger.He/She may give you a refund.

  4. There are usually more than one managers.  If you already spoke to the GM, to no avail, find out who owns it, write a letter.  Please do everyone a favor and report to the health department, and blast your experience out on the internet--citysearch, aol, all the sites that have reviews of restaurants.

  5. Call the restaurant and ask for the manager, and complain to him/her.

  6. ...Oh you need to call George Bush.

  7. Call the health department for that county and then give the better business beurea a call or email on their site. Between the 2 they will take care of the ongoing problem!

  8. Go to www.craigslist.org  .  There is a rant and rave section for almost every city in the U.S. Tell your story there, naming the restaurant. Word will get out. Service will improve or they will go down the drain.

  9. you ask who is above the manager and that u either want to speak to them or I will call the health department if u don't give me money back! Grow balls>well for the moment< be strong and act like u know what you are talking about and that you mean business don't be rude though that'll get you no where If you feel weird about it thats fine at least you stood up for your self.:)

  10. the manager that was rude to you was probably only an assistant thier is always someone above someone. call the store and ask for the distict manager or franchise partner

  11. Document exactly what you saw and file a complaint with your local health department, your local better business bureau and also write a letter to the editor stating what you have stated here.  If that doesn't get some action, call your local TV station.

  12. Demand they give their corporate number, and the Human Resources number. If they refuse, and you feel its worth it, call a lawyer. Make sure you get the names of the manager and anyone else who was working that night. Even try to get the names and numbers of any customer who witnessed what happened to you that night. But anyway, call a lawyer, give specific dates, times and names, and I'm sure you have a case. Also call "The Better Business Bureau" and report this restaurant, and they will investigate your complaint, hopefully.

To the "thumbs down" person, are you the person we are talking about? Have you ever been on the receiving end of a complaint? Sounds like you have.  Do you have any better suggestions?

  13. You can call them and ask for their corporate number and call them to make the complain.

  14. Write a complaint to your local paper.

  15. well...you start with the manager and go from there. Next step would be the general manager, you can call and ask to talk to him/her. If they're corporate, that would be your next step....call and ask for the corporate number. After that...health department or better business burea.

  16. That sucks!

Definetly call and tell the manager.
