both men are struggling and under achieving but Bedard (starter) for Izzy (reliever) who lost his closer job because of his injury to R. Franklin.

i would take Bedard because he's a starter who can turn it around in the second half. maybe. :/. Plus Izzy saves are easy to find if he manages to win the closer job back.
