  1. Nonexistant.  They are the Falklands, and are British...

  2. I think the Argentinians popped in briefly

  3. Nobody visits the Malvinas because that place does not exist.

However when I visited the Falklands 25 years ago, it was a wet cold June/July and very very exciting place to be.

Bright flashes at night, very noisy neighbours and simply miles to walk to get anywhere... The exploding penguins were a sad sight to see though.

I set up a radio station there, hoping to pick up some sort of music channel and all I got was chaps shouting things like ..Six guns, send one round fire for effect !.... Three shell star-fire on my command !

Had a lovely leaving party with some Spanish speaking chappies, but they were in some sort of hurry to get home.

  4. British

  5. Its cold, grey, wet. And the soldiers cemetery (argentine or british - everybody died the same) just plain sad. Who cares if its Malvinas or Falklands. People, young people, died there, they had families, mothers, fathers, siblings, just like you and me. So go tell the mom who lost her 3 sons in that stupid war that Malvinas does not exist.
