Im not a scot, but I think the Donald should build golf courses all over your island and then sell the adjoining property to us americans.

Well he doesn't really build it - he just pays for a golf course architect to design it and provides the finances.  If it is like the one he built in the US most of us will never be able to afford it, but if it brings jobs and tourism to the area it won't be all bad.
