I'm looking to have 20 managers, all competitive. To ensure this I'll look at manager's profiles for past placements in Football Leagues and Overall Performance. I'll kick out anyone who looks like a joke.

Also, just for fun, Team Names are your High School & Mascot.

DEEP and fantasy are incompatible terms.  Fantasy players can't develop team chemistry.  Fantasy leagues are glorified Bingo--pay your money, buy your cards and watch the luck of the draw--no thanks
