- Hillary Clinton wants to give illegal immigrants our taxpayer money for college.

- Dems want to give lazy people handouts, that only amplify the problem.

- People live off of wellfare instead of working.

- You work and pay taxes so others can live free, and were not talking about freedom.

  1. Your reasoning is pathetically simplistic, and immature, no one wants to give money to strangers, but there are times when it is warranted, and justified.

  2. At least give non-minority citizens college money before you give it away to illegal immigrants. I've been struggling for 4 years to pay my way through school (almost done)...geez this country is starting to make me sick.

I agree with what you say, we are trained to give are money away in taxes to support everyone but ourselves....many of which don't even belong in the country!

  3. Politicians often get elected by telling lies about the opposition.  For example, the Republicans have presided over the biggest draining of our tax dollars for their pork projects and the biggest increase in deficit in all of American history, since Bill Clinton's administration paid down the deficit to zero, but to hear the Republican's tell it, the Democratic spending habits would make the nation a financial disaster if they got elected.

You cannot believe what politicians say about each other,  You have to look at their political record.  What did they vote for when they were in office.  What laws did they get passed.  What oversight did they do.

You then watch the debates and correlate what they say now with their record.

This is the action of a responsible citizen who seeks to improve our republic.

What you are doing is repeating propaganda, then blasting people because of that nonsense about them.

This is like someone who criticizes Chirstians for being cannibals for drinking the blood of Christ ... the person doing so has no conception of the Christian religion, takes something out of context and builds a fantasy.

You are sharing a common fantasy that is spread by people who do not want Democrats to win elections.

As for the title of your question.

i give money to strangers, through charity.

I give to the Red Cross, Salvation Army, Boy's Clubs, Homeless Shelter.  I have no personal knowledge of the people being helped, just have faith in certain charties that they help people in need.

The bible says we should give 10% of our earnings to charity.  Other religions have similar teachings.

  4. I like the comments of Al M; Clinton did a lot for the United States (most of his political achievements - none of his personal actions). He got the deficit down where it should be but only by increasing taxes and minimizing some essential spending. Bush on the other hand has not been big on increasing taxes and has cut spending on essential programs but he has run the deficit up to where it will take years and years to get it under control again. He has also put the United States in debt by borrowing money from foreign countries; debts we will be paying off for more years than most of us will be around. Hillary wants to give everyone extra money (buy votes) but if she becomes president we will see taxes go up and anything we think we might have achieved will be lost. She seems to think the average American does not understand how government works; she in fact does not understand the average American!
