Who wants to have a mono curse, so you can feel like Federer?

I am sending a curse of mono on all those who mock it. Obviously you don't know what it is. Then I'd like to hear back from you a year afterwards and report how you feel. You're welcome.

  1. Federer is 100% healthy. He just got outplayed today..its sucks but it happens. He'll have better luck in Hamburg :-)

  2. oooooooohhh, I'm so scared, the wicked witch Nina will curse me. I bet you must have wished for much worse for me anyways.

    *EDIT*

I just checked out the link posted by the person below me.

Moving around too much puts you at risk of rupturing your spleen.

wow and the guy has been playing full fledged tennis at max. intensity for 5 months now and he's all hunky-dory. It also included a 4-5 hr battle against Tipsarevic in which he looked completely fine. Seriously Nina, how can u be so gullible so as to buy this c**p about mono?

  3. You can have it all your life and we won't bother you

  4. Nina Nina !!! Please dont curse me :( Granted i dont no much about Mono but i have heard how serious it can be and how long it can affect people. I must say Roger is fully fit now and recovered from his illness :) You should be happy, he`s feeling better!!! He just had a bad day, his backhand wasnt working the way it usually does, well so im told. Anyway at least he`s fully fit and it was just a bad match he played. Federer even said he`s feeling physically fine!!! ....Are you a doctor? A little birdie told me this !

  5. No, but Roger always bounces back.  He will get at least to the semi-finals of Roland Garros and he WILL WIN Wimbledon this year.

  6. True mono can stay in your system, as other players retired for months and Federer played the AO while he had it, so I admire that, although he probably should have retired from the AO and Indian Wells when he found out.

Not sure mono was the reason for his loss in Rome, though.

  7. No one really knows if the mono is still affecting him now, but he probably is weaker than normal since his training suffered. Apparently he does tons of strength training and sprints, which he couldn't do when he had the mono.  So, I don't want the curse, I know it sux!

  8. Can mono be cured?

No. But mono will go away on its own. Symptoms usually last about 4 weeks.

Apparently unless you're Federer, then your symptoms last for months at a time.  I guess since so many proclaimed him the greatest of all time, he got the mono that's the strongest of all time.  How befitting.
