Who was Lenny Mason the "Leicester Fat Boy"?

I've found an old postcard (1800's) with a photo of a fat boy sat on a chair. The label reads Lenny Mason "Leicester Fat Boy". Does anyone know any more about him. Why would he be on a postcard?

I have had a look around to see if I can give an answer to your question. I am unable to find anything about him at the moment, but I have found a phone number for the Leicester Archives, who I shall contact on Monday, this has got me intrigued.
