Who was Queen Isabella I's friend?

I need one more of her friends and why they were her friend and I can't find anything anywhere. If you can help me, then please also feel free to help me with two things that she was afraid of and why, and two people or things she would have liked to see and why.

Queen Isabella of Spain1525 was a catholic queen.  All Princess are related. Who was catholic of her time, Queen Mary of Scot was equally catholic. Probably they are either causin or aunt and niece.

Well if you are talking about Isabel of Spain, have you tried Beatriz Bobadilla (I think thats how you spell it). She was a childhood friend of Isabel's and was willing to kill a potential suitor when they were younger.   She was afraid of her older brother during her childhood, he tried to marry her off to any old man who would take her so his "daughter" could become queen.
