Mae Young.  Her prime was several decades ago when the wrestlers had a lot of wrestling skills and they wrestled.  Sherri was a good wrestler, too, but she was more of a brawler than a mat technician.  Sherri was a very good brawler but Mae Young was the better wrestler.
