  1. i think the character mean "peace"

  2. Looked like a smiley face and some trees water and mountain scene that the dancers and maybe kids  tried to paint on the kung fu paper Oh yeah there was that peace thing too maybe just a formation of dancers-workers? A little hard to describe since the blocks had some kind of lettering too I think.

  3. I watched it live on tv =D

What characters? I thought the dancers were painting a picture? Well the one character I remember is the one made from the blocks that go up and down... It meant 'peace'

  4. You mean those dancers in black?

They weren't writing, they're drawing "lucky clouds", the same pattern you can see on Beijing olympic torch. That's how clouds were depicted in ancient Chinese painting. Check the site below:

Since those clouds were lower than mountains, I guess they represented mist rather than clouds.

  5. the chinese character on the blocks can mean either peace or harmony, depend how you want to interpret it, another one on the scroll means "tea", in chinese 1 character can have over 5 different meanings sometime and hard as h**l to learn, so i'm not sure if "tea" has a different meaning in this, lol, maybe I should just give it up, nice effort so far by me though.
