Best Player Gretzky. Best Goal Scorer Lemieux. It's close though. Lemieux may of passed Gretzky for points if he played as much games.

Bonus- The worst goal scored against my favourite team was in the 2002 Playoffs. Lidstrom Shot it from the Center Circle and it went pass Cloutier.

The worst goal far as I'm concerned against Pittsburgh, was the game winning goal for Detroit to win the playoffs last season in Game 6.

Worst goal ever scored against the Red Wings was by Paul Coffey.  This was when Paul Coffey was on the Red Wings.  Paul Coffey did not redirect, kick, or get a hand on the puck.  Paul Coffey shot the puck into our own net.

There have been so many bad goals scored against my team that it makes us look bad.

I'm going to go with the goal scored in the third period of game 1 of the 1992 Stanley Cup finals where Mario Lemieux skated through the entire Hawk team and put the puck behind Belfour helpng rease a 4-1 Chicago lead going into thr 3rd period!

I'm not bitter though

Worst goal was Toskala's flub on the 197 footer. It was so bad Bowen thought it came from second row of the Platinums. (205 feet)

I think that Jocelyn was actually the better of those three. He also had a pretty sweet mullet at the time as well.

Bonus. The worst goal scored against the Panthers had to be Uwe Krupp's 3OT for the Avs to win the cup against us. Still stings a bit

Jocelyn. some of the worst scored against the Red Wings came from the blue line and beyond, when Ozzie was in the net.

Gretzky was soft Mario was great Gordie played forever but.......Bobby Orr was the man! Orr finished second in league scoring while setting records that still stand for points in a season by a defenseman and for plus/minus (+124) by any position player. This happened in 70-71 and still stands!

Jocelyn Lemieux. One of the worst goals scored against the Wings was when thye were playing the Ducks, and the Wings were one goal away from tying the game in the 3rd. The puck was in the Wings' end and a Duck hit the puck and it went flying into the mesh. It came back down and it went in. The goal counted. It sucked.
