1st READ THE MANGA. 2nd yes it is the 4th hokage it proves it in chapter 382. It shows what his mother looked like and her name. It also explains Naruto's relation with Jiraiya other than pupil and teacher.

its proven in the manga that Naruto's father was the 4th hokgae. who was Minato YOdaime. THey look pretty similar to me.

and it was proven when Jirya and Tsunade were talkignto each other before Jiriya went out to fight

no theory, it is the 4th...also i read some answers stating he's alive and the leader of akatsuki. what are you referencing? cause i have watched nor read anything in the manga stating that as fact. madara is shown as the leader of akatsuki. and naruto's father's name is Minato "Namikaze",, not Uzumaki...but, whatever

Naruto' father's named is Minato Uzumaki, he in fact was the 4th Hokage, but was believed to have died tying to defeated the 9 tailed fox demon attacking the leaf shinobi village, then the demon fox spirit was sealed inside naruto's body, but his dad is not dead and unknown to everyone else he is in fact the leader of the evil Akatsuki organization.

And Also if you didnt know, Naruto's mom name was Kushina Uzumaki and she died giving birth to naruto, but naruto didn't really didnt inherit much from his mom except his personality and voice, but he inherited his look from his dad.
