Question

Me n mi best guy friend have been getting in a lot of "fights" lately its getting really irritating. Like this morning he texted me and said "i have to get shots and i hate shots" so i asked what for and stuff like that and he was like "ur supposed to be comforting me and telling me oh itll be ok." i know were best friends but i shouldnt have to be sympathetic for EVERY little thing! right!?

so was right or was he?

stupid question but i would like to know

Um..he is kinda being a jerk.

You just wanted to know why he needed to get the shots for and he got mad..but I guess it&#039;s because he was in panic.

Just tell him you only wanted to know what for he was getting them and after that you were going to tell its going to be alright, dont worry.

And if he&#039;s still mad..then he has temper problems and is being a total JERK.

Well you should have been comforting him but it was okay to ask. My boyfriend is the same way, only he is usually just joking if he says that. Tell him that you&#039;re sorry that you didn&#039;t comfort him and ask if the shot hurt and tell him you were wrong to not comfort him,

It doesn&#039;t matter who is right, especially over something stupid like this. People don&#039;t like being wrong and if he is being sour about it, just admit it was your fault so it won&#039;t lead to a fight.

I think u were selfish &amp; you should&#039;ve been more sympathetic with him.. yuo outlined him as your &#039;best&#039; guy friend.. if he really was, this wouldn&#039;t be such a problem &amp; comforting him would&#039;ve been a breeze..

best friends are people who are there for each other NO MATTER WHAT --- maybe you need space from each other --- if he is scared of getting shots, then it&#039;s not a little thing to him and you should realize that

always remember that your problems are your problems and no matter how small, they are still your problems and you need support ... maybe you should try applying it to him
