My friend told me a story that apparently was true, she saw a documentary on it. This guy kidnapped people, killed them, and 'did stuff' to their dead bodies.. I think he sometimes ate their genitals. She said that he got caught because one of his victims finally escaped or the police showed up. Anyone know who I'm talking about?

ED Grein?  A serial something or another maybe grave robber and defilier of the dead they caught him making a 'suit' out of women's skins.  He apparently killed a number of women to get it. He was the prototype for Pyscho, and one of the early Hannibal Lector films, the Red Dragon.

Jeffrey Dahmer- Dahmer would take men to his apartment, drug them then kill them and dismember them.He kept some body parts in his refridgerator.One victim ,a 15 year old boy ,did escape but was caught by police almost immediatly and returned to Dahmer!He was finaly caught when suspicious neighbors called the police to complain about the smell from his apartment.He was killed in prison a few years ago
