Don't think the bible mentions any sisters.   Only woman metioned is his mother.  He must have been the original Oedipus.  That union may probably produced more offspring.  However, I once read that you need a breeding group of 22 to ensure genes are not corrupted and defects kill everyone off.  Mystery

Adam and Eve had many children and since they were the beginning mother and father, it makes sense that their children would have had to intermarry.

Out of the three available answers you give, 2 is the most likely, if we are literalists about the Bible. I don't understand how Cain meeting an alien is the best answer of all.

But if you can answer any question about human history, I'd really like to know the true span of time that the Clovis toolkit was used in the Americas, and maybe where one might find good evidence of a pre-Clovis toolkit. Thanks.
