The Don has never been stumped, er... actually only once. The only wicket keeper to have stumped him is Prabir Sen of India.

Could anyone throw more light on this test match and find out who was the Indian spinner to have got the Don's wicket in this way?

  1. Vinoo Mankad was the bowler when Probir Sen had Don Bradman stumped however it wasn’t a Test match. Scorecard of the match: http://www.cricketarchive.com/Archive/Sc...

Bradman was never stumped in Tests but was 11 times in first-class cricket:

st Hack b Grimmett 73 vs South Australia 1927/28

st Ellis b Blackie 7 vs Victoria 1927/28

st Duckworth b Verity 132 vs HDG Leveson-Gower's XI 1934

st Tallon b Wyeth 123 vs Queensland 1936/37

st Lovelock b Zimbulis 102 vs Western Australia 1937/38

st Wood b Smailes 59 vs Yorkshire 1938

st HG Davies b Clay 17 vs Glamorgan 1938

st Baker b Johnson 43 vs Victoria 1947/48

st Baker b Tribe 119 vs Victoria 1947/48

st Sen b Mankad 12 vs Indians 1947/48

st EH Edrich b Hilton 43 vs Lancashire 1948

The most interesting fact is that Bradman twice fell stumped in a single match.
