Butch James. The two most impressive 10's are Butch James and Johnny Wilkinson. Johnny got more points on the scoreboard but tactically Butch created more scoring opportunities for the Boks and Butch is very consistent.

I'd go with either Filipe Conteponi, Jonny Wilkinson, or Fredric Michelac, resasons for saying this:  Conteponi, for keeping the Argentine back line organized and attacking, for his drop goals (Which wern't pretty, but they worked) and the heart he has shown on many an occaision.  Jonny for taking a team that looked certain not to make it out of the Pool stages and, from him just being on the pitch motivated a team to the finals, not to mention his kicking, which, even with complaints about the balls, has won England games.  He's not on his top form, but imagine if he was.   Michelac, His magic hands and great eye for seeing gaps, openings etc, remember his banana kick against Ireland?  amazing.  His place kicks ain't the greatest, but his hands and eyes make up for it.  On a final note, if the question were to ask who the best kicker of points in the WRC is, then definitly chris Patterson 17 from 17, enough said.

Felipi Contempomi, he directed the argentinian backplay with perfect execution and showed his worth in the opening game and hopefully he will repeat that again this weekend.

but JOHNNY WILKINSON aka prince charming is the best number 10 in the world and showed that at the world cup

all of englands points against aus were from him. he is a star he won them the cup last year and watch him to do it again!!!
