  1. Mary, since she was smart enough to "do" the King, and smarter still, not to lose her head because of him.

  2. Mary, she was pleasant and sensible.

  3. It depends on what you mean by better.

Anne was probably the best intriguer.

Mary was probably the nicest, and probably a better mother, though to be fair Anne didn't get much of a chance.

  4. Mary Boleyn was the only one that was actually innocent and she didn't play mind games with anybody. She was kind, considerate, and caring. She took care of her children well and she was good to her family even though her sister and father betrayed her trust and her innocence. Mary was a loving person who was forced into sleeping with the King for the family's benefit. She was given a great reward when William Stafford and her got together, he saw her for the inner beauty she possessed and their marriage was the happy ending that everyone wishes for.

  5. Mary, she was the only one of the three not executed.

  6. Mary Boleyn. Although she was also a royal mistress to Henry VIII like Anne Boleyn, she knew how to play the game right without having to loose her head. She was by far more attractive than Anne Boleyn with fair hair and eyes, as she matured into a great beauty during her earlier years serving at the French court. Despite the restrictions the French queen imposed on her entourage, Mary displayed an easy going personality, as she was light-hearted yet spirited, without the calculation and cattiness that such sophisticated  courts could breed. Mary Boleyn was remembered as being sweet, fresh and winning, and with all these good qualities in a fine lady, she caught the eye of the French king, Francois I, with whom she was rumored to have carried on a love affair for quite some time before her departure back to England.

  7. Are any of the people to be admired...they all prostituted themselves one way or another...

  8. The novel 'The Other Boleyn Girl' and the show 'The Tudors' are a FICTIONAL account of the three. The reality is that there is a lot of evidence that Anne was quite considerate and kind, Mary was in fact very loose with her affections, and George was both very kind, but very rebellious. The truth is that all that is known about the three is scraps of information, and as a result it is hard to say with certainty who was better. Personally, though, I prefer Anne as there is evidence she was quite funny had a bit of personality.

  9. Ok I have read what everyone else said but I totally disagree! Mary was know as the "Great Prostitute"! you don't get that title by being nice! She slept with men of all backgrounds so why not use her to get the family ahead by sleeping with the king? Second of all after she was tired of sleeping around she went behind her sister's back, who was Queen Anne at the time, and married far beneath herself. She claimed it was for love but remeber what time frame we are dealing in. She really had no other option considering any man of stature would snub her for her reputation. Anne often confided to her ladies, persons at court, advisers, and family that although her father and brother put her in the king's arms, so to speak, at first for the family's own benefit, after a time she did fall in love with him and cared greatly for him. She even tried to reunite his daughter Lady Mary, (Bloody Mary) with her father but Mary refused to come to court since she would have to address Anne as Queen. Anne was a great mother to Elizabeth, going often to Elizabeth's home and spending time with her. At that time Princesses had their own homes at 6 month's old. Anne was accused of witchcraft, bewitching the king, and sleeping not only with her former best friend, ( a man) but also her brother! Which was one of the many reason's he was also killed. Henry simply found it impossible to keep his heart, his eyes, and other parts of his anatomy, on just one woman. Of everything he ever had Anne and Elizabeth were the best and the SOB never even knew it.
