Who was the brave soul who thought drinking cow's milk was a good idea?

I wonder how we decided to eat some of the things we do too? Yes we all enjoy them now but what made the first persn think to even try it?

As far as milk goes though, I don't actually know the history. But at least that is not as bad as how some of our other stuff got started. Mothers provide milk for their babies. Cows and goats (another source of milk for many humans) do the same. Maybe it was meant to be a substitute because the mother was not around or unable to provide milk. At least it seem like a logical process unlike what it would be like to crack open an egg and eat what was inside.

Hi Devid,

I don't if you are interested or not, here in India we believe its very auspicious too. Lord Krishna did it in his child hood and He gave the cow an equal reputation and respect as to mother. So, as long as I believe the credit must go to Him only.
