4 ANSWERS

  1. Kaiser Wilhelm II's reign started in 1888

  2. Wilhelm II, Frederick William Victor Albert, who was both king of Prussia and the last Emperor of Germany (in accordance with the German constitution, that made the Prussian ruler the German emperor).

Interestingly, he was a grandson of the British Queen Victoria, through his mother's side. Wilhem II's reign also saw the fall of the 'Iron Chancellor', Otto van Bismarck, who had been instrumental in the original unification of Germany and the increased German presence in international policy matters.

  3. Kaiser Wilhelm II

  4. Wilhelm II, who was the third and last Kaiser of the "Second" German Empire. The first was his grandfather, Wilhelm I, and the second was his father, Frederick III, who died just a few months after he was crowned.
