  1. my grandpa says that  he's uncle of george bush.

  2. San Salvador IS the capital of El Salvador (check maps of Central America). However, our airport is in the department of La Paz. The airport is called Comalapa International Airport. I saw a documentary about it and they showed footage of japanese engineers working with our guys. Canal 10 has  the footage.

  3. Then President, Arturo Armando Molina, after receiving a 1 million dollar gift from Japan, hired Benjamin Valiente and  CEPA (Comisión Ejecutiva Portuaria Autónoma de El Salvador) to build the airport.

CEPA hired many people to assist with the airport, including several engineers.  Unfortunately, there is not a list of all employees available.

A very tough question.  Sorry I couldn't be more help.
